It was an amazing experience with these guys, we recently had our house extended to lodge a new kitchen and I decided to undertake the project as an owner builder to expurgate the costs. I sought several quotes for the job and Metrix came out on the top. However, the compelling reason for choosing Metrix was the idle talk through which I was recommended to him. We chose him and were never disappointed by him or regretted our decision. Whilst an owner builder project to all intentions and tenacitiesMetrix also did the project management leaving me totally tranquilwith a nothing to do feeling. Furthermore, the quality of the work was beyond my potentials and Metrix often went beyond by taking on more work than originally quantified. This was not a meek project as it involved a fair amount of engineering work due to snags associated with the design choices and a second story head-to-head to the extension area. This did not faze Metrix at all and there were no price impacts from my perspective, i.e. the project had been well scoped. All in all I highly recommend Metrix to anybody looking forexcellence in job at reasonable prices.
