I became a part of the 5Star Physique team back in 2014 when I decided to step on stage for my first competition. Dan and my coach Silvia were the best of help and I could not have done it without them. With a wealth of knowledge and experience, Silvia met with me for weekly training session, weigh in's and always checked on my mental health and wellbeing. I developed a great friendship with them both and would highly recommend their expertise to anyone wanting to get in shape, get fit, or even step on stage.
