To have a tradesmen arrive on time was so refreshing (as I needed to go to work) Gerard completed the works very efficiently and the final cost matched his original quote. To find a tradesman that communicates well (replying promptly to messages etc) arrives on time and no surprises to the final cost is a very pleasant change to some of the tradesman I have recently dealt with.
