Job Description: The corner of the verandah roof has dropped due to a post deteriorating and the spouting is leaking in corner as the fall has changed. Repairs are planned for the house but cannot take place until next year so I am looking for a temporary fix on the corner to seal the leak and add a down pipe to divert the water to drain down the driveway (or into the garden if allowed). It is a two storey house.
