Job Description: Very low pressure for a long time, was able to adjust the regulator a small amount which improved pressure for the past year, however regulator is now hissing so will need replacing. Standard 20mm straight pipe. Additional work of lower importance is solar hot water tank service (Supply and Install T&PR Valve, Tempering Valve & Anode COMBO), and Jet Blast & CCTV COMBO for yard drainage believed to be tree roots blocking current drainage.
