ON A JOB WHERE A CLIENT TOILET WAS BLOCKED AND THE BOTH TOILETS WERE OVER FLOWING. WE PUT THE JETTER DOWN AND WERE UNABLE TO CLEAR THE BLOCKAGE, WE THEN PUT THE CAMERA DOWN, HAD TO DO A DIG UP BUT THE BLOCKAGE WAS THEIR CHILD FAVORITE TOY BLOCKING THE DRAIN. COSTLY BUT THE CHILD GOT THEIR TOY BACK

When we do a blocked drain, I just about always get ask will I be abke to clear the blockage. It is impossable to answer as we dont know what is happening under ground in the pipes. I do let the cleint know that we have the best jetter and camera and if not we will find the problem.

If the customer is doing a bathroom reno, he or she can save money by making easy access for the plumber to carry ont their work. If there is a leak in the ground, if the customer digs u the hole to find the pipe this will save quite a lot of money

Yes we feel that we are the experts in Septic tanks and trenches and bathrooms renovations. Any gas work either being a leak or a full gas appliance install.

I have 30 years in the building maintenance field of Plumbing, gas and general building maintenance. My son David who is also a licence has just complete 5 years of working in the commercial plumbing industry. So together we can just about tackel any job and be confident of a 100 percent outcome.
