It all started with my water heater exploding on a Saturday night at 6pm, hot water gushing from a 7 year old Water heater. I had a 4 week old baby and a recovering wife at home, so I needed immediate assistance. I turned off the water at the mains and called a few local plumbers, and mid-call logged a job via OneFlare. East Coast Plumbers were the first to respond and provide helpful advice and guided me on the next steps. They came in on the following Monday morning and had it all fixed by 10am. Only issue I had was that I didn't get an invoice for the job. So the price and bill of material of what was completed was a bit vague.
