Prior to working with Michael, I was emotionally, physically, and spiritually depleted. My back was stiff and in pain a lot when training, my posture needed work, my hips were tight, and my exercise technique was needing work, I was constantly tired and although motivated to fix myself, I didn’t know how or where to start. My body and life needed a full make over! Michael has been an amazing and supportive coach and an expert in his field, and I know understand that overall health is the main priority, not just fitness or how you look in the mirror I have learned to develop an ability to listen to my body and read what I need, from rest and recovery techniques as opposed to disadvantaging myself by pushing myself beyond what is healthy for me long term, to how to eats for long lasting health as opposed to just get calories in. I have more clarity and focus in my life, no more body aches and pains and now know how to prevent injuries so I can keep working to my highest potential. For those sitting on the fence about making health a priority, at first it seems like an incredible challenge reframing how you go about your life. It is no small feat to assess how you live in such minute detail. But slowly as your understanding of how your body and mind work, it becomes inevitably unnoticeably easy to live knowing what your body and mind are requiring to be healthy and balanced.

For the last 3 months I have been coached and supported by Sharen to achieve multiple changes to my life - weight loss, diet and nutrition and an overall uplift to my general wellbeing. Sharen has worked with me 2 sessions per week, constantly challenging my mind and body and supporting me in a positive way. Outside our sessions, Sharen remains supportive and inspirational through her newsfeed on her closed group Facebook page, encouraging us not only as individuals, but as a group to continue along our journey. I cannot thank Sharen enough for her professional training and general friendship. Chris was really patient and great at explaining the workout , he also adapted to my needs when I was feeling discomfort in my shoulder and we managed to a nice session together . Feeling Great Post Babies! I started working with Nick when I was 5 months postpartum with my second child. He was able to pinpoint which muscle groups were weak based on my movements and knew how to strengthen core muscles post-baby. To help me, he created a comprehensive training program to improve those areas of weakness. Nine months later, I am happy to say I feel stronger and more stable than I have in many years, even before having children. Another goal of mine was to improve my endurance, specifically in triathlon. He analyzed my running and knew right away which muscles needed strengthening. Working with Nick, my running technique is so much better. Specifically, I was able to achieve a personal best time in the Melbourne half marathon last weekend and had the confidence to sign up for a half Iron Man next month. Nick is committed, very knowledgable and constantly trying to improve his performance through self-directed learning and courses. On top of that, he is very personable and fun to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone, from postpartum women to athletes looking to improve performance.

When i first started with Origin Fitness Penrith 41 and unfit they were friendly and very understanding in what i wanted and how to get me into the fitness level i wanted and need to be in , not just quick fixes its a true personal training service ,setting me up to take on the challenges ahead with all the support , due to my lack of fitness and i had some injury before i started the Girls have been great working with me around the problems and moving forward every week with great improvements , I can say its a very personal friendly set up ,with a great range of equipment and they are pushing me harder every week with great results and always there with good advice when needed i been training now a few weeks and feel great , losing weight , gaining strength and knowledge , i would highly recommend Origin fitness Penrith for anyone needing any type of training for a true professional service Cheers Matt

Tanya is a very professional personal trainer who knows her trade. I've never had a personal trainer before, but that's because I never needed one. Now I'm in my 60s, I have much different needs to when I was younger. She's helped me with my upper body strength and stretching all the way up the back of my body, which has been too tight for too long. My flexibility is returning! Highly recommended.
