Many years ago we purchased a 1950’s cream brick farm house in the hills outside Melbourne. The house was dated and the three acres of gardens overgrown and un-landscaped. It presented a challenging and ongoing project. On the recommendation of friends, we approached James Caink for advice on how to proceed with our dated and neglected property. Since that time, we have maintained a long association with James and call on him for each project. James keeps to budget and, when not delayed by Melbourne’s weather, he keeps to time. This is a great achievement given the size and scope of my gardens. More recently James has fully landscaped the gardens of our brand new build in Sorrento, including, decking a sizeable alfresco area, paving around a large pool and spa area, laying turf and planting the rest of the gardens. The results have been stunning. Bruno and his crew cleared an area of dirt and big rocks and built a retaining wall and a deck. We are very pleased with the work they did. They were a hard working and happy crew who finished the work efficiently and in good time to a good standard. I would be very happy to recommend them.
