We're currently in the concept design phase of a home renovation in Toowong. We're working with an architect who's helping us understand a few different options that involve raising the house and significant interior renovations. In addition to interior work, the rear of the property is on a slope and we're needing landscaping, stairs, and potentially earthworks, fencing, as well a pool to make the space more usable for us. We have a decent idea of approximate costs for the house/interior portion of the works. However, potential costs for the landscaping and other outdoor elements is unknown. We're looking for someone with the knowledge and experience to give us a better idea of options to achieve our goals re: the outdoor/rear of the property and a rough idea of costs. Is this something you could help with? Or, if not, is there anyone you would recommend?
