Job Description: Just chasing a quote at this stage for the works on the carport. We have purchased the property and waiting on settlement but need quotes for the repairs first. Thanks :) Note from Inspection: The carport posts have been identified as a structural defect on the property. Down pipe missing to the front post has caused water pooling and run off into the post footing. This has started to wash away the ground beneath the pavers making the ground unstable. The centre post and purlin is being held up by a temporary timber support. This support has not been correctly fastened and does not sufficiently substitute as a replacement post. The rear post has a down pipe and is directed into a nearby garden bed. Although not a compliance issue it is bad practise as it does not disperse water away from the garage and nearby pavers/footings. Correct installation requires a soak well for water run off to down pipes.

Job Description: the current door does not fit the frame, require new door and painted. New locks installed as well.
