Brilliant!...I cannot express our appreciation of the quality of work, the communications and professionalism displayed by distinct renovations on building our extension. After several bad experiences with architects and other builders we lost faith in the building industry as a whole until we discovered Distinct renovations. Deans experience in the industry and his use of quality trades restored our faith completely and was evident within the first week. From start to finish there was no time wasted and the quality or work just continued to impress. Our extension included a separate living quarters with ensuite, kitchen, WIR and bed/lounge area , external bullnose verandah and picket fence. All work was well co-ordinated and managed by Dean. It was a pleasure watching our vision come to life. I have no hesitation in recommending Distinct Renovations for any build they were an absolute pleasure to work with.

Quality work done ✅ a bit delayed but work was done according to our expectations.

Cornel spent a lot of time meeting with us prior to the work starting discussing ideas and making sure everything was right. He was very friendly and helpful. He started work on the day he said he would and had many contractors helping. This involved knocking down walls, repairing and adding timber in the roof, building a new bulk head, plastering walls and extending a ceiling. The job was quite major and every day workers would arrive and the job was completed in 6 days. Cornel was organised and efficient. He even organised a plumber to come and move a gas connection for an oven. We have now painted the rooms and are ready to install new flooring and a kitchen. Thank you Cornel for your hard work and we are so pleased with our new open area.

Tony and his team did an excellent job with my complete bathroom renovation, i.e complete stripping of tiles, taps, toilet, vanity, laying new tiles and reinstalling all new bathroom furniture and fittings. Worked long hours to finish on schedule. Good quality workmanship, reasonable price, trustworthy and accommodating. Would highly recommend them to anyone. George.

Alex provided an excellent advice and an excellent result but we also appreciated his communication skills and the way he kept us informed of all aspects of the job. Alex also proved to be very helpful with solving issues beyond the initial job and offering extremely helpful advice. We can't recommend Alsoma highly enough.

We have employed Absolute, now, on a number of occasions and have been very pleased with the results, products and advice we have received. Of particular note is the reinforced beams set into our kitchen ceiling and removal of load bearing walls. Because of this, we employed him to project manage our entire kitchen renovation from cabinet making, tiling, plumbing, kit assembly and installation and finishing. This included dealing with replacing floorboards, removal of waste and plastering ceilings and walls. Also Steve built me a beautiful timber-framed workshop patio, reconditioned all our guttering and downpipes, restored our carport and replaced ant-infested ceiling timbers in an added facility room which the pest controller missed but which Steve noticed. When we notified the pest controller, even he was impressed with Steve's work and diligence. Listening and acting on Steve's advice, based on his experience, probably saved us a lot of money in the long run. As I enter retirement, I am now confident that my house in as good condition as possible, and I am very happy to recommend him to acquaintances, including my son, who is considering buying a house across town.
