Job Description: I am preparing / looking ahead in terms of what I would need to do to get prepared for a house to be renovated and prepared. There is a house that is going up for auction (3 Wicks Street, New Auckland, Qld 4680 - House for Sale - realestate.com.au) of which I thick we will have a chance to bid and secure. You can see in the link there is a bit of work involved per below: 1. Install carpet all through the house (4x rooms + family room) 2. Wall patches all throughout the house 3. 2-3 wall frame and panel replacement (interior) due to termite damage. 4. Roof leak check / repair as required (may not be required but to be checked) Should I secure the place which will be confirmed after the 3-Sep-24, I would like to start right away with renovations as we are currently living in a rented place that will last till 31-Dec-24 of which we are hoping to get the place ready as much as possible before we can move in. Do you think you are able to work within the timeframe with the scope above? Any questions please feel free to reach out.
