Job Description: We need work to repair water coming through walls into ground floor kitchen. Next to the kitchen is a cavity that sits underneath the external stairs on the next level, this is a damp environment contributing to mould and issues. Water also comes in through this wall when heavy rains. We want to block off this room and alter the access form inside the kitchen to external entry, and put in a vent.

We need to gain entry under the house to repair a broken water pipe, however the only access point is through a small access hole that is too small for an adult to slide through. I need a builder to widen the hole roughly 500mm so a plumber can gain entry. The wall is sandstone. Height is fine, just needs widening.
