I suppose when meeting customers for the first time, the most common question would be, how do we do this job properly, but as cheap as possible. Fortunately, I have the necessary experience to usually work out the best solution at the right price

The market place is tough right now, but what differentiates me over other builders is primarily me! The person that I am. I am easy to negotiate with, level headed, well presented and most of all, respectful. My prices are very competitive, but I don't sacrifice price for quality!!!!!

Before any quote can ever be presented, I would really need to have a site inspection and ascertain the scope of works. In many cases, for structural works, a plan will need to be done prior to quoting.

For customers to save money, the 3 best tips I could give would be the following: Know exactly what you want done, give all the builders quoting the same specification, offer to pay immediately upon completion of work

To validate a price as being competitive, one would have to look closely at the comparison of everything from materials to quality of workmanship. I have always priced competitively according to the quality of workmanship.

The way I normally charge is always a job specific analysis. I usually am comfortable working with the owners and discussing their preferred options, but whether it be fixed price contract or construction management, there is never an issue.

If I were to suggest I have a forte, it would definitely be in the multi story residential arena. Having been a developer/builder of over 300 apartment in Brisbane I have a mountain of experience under my hat.

As an open licensed builder, I have all the necessary qualifications to build basically anything, from a dog house to an entire city. Fortunately, I have been exposed to all forms of construction, from residential to commercial, shop fit out and industrial.
