Established in 1982 in Seven Hills, NSW, as a partnership, in 1984 Young & Bracey Pty Ltd were the among the first companies in Australia to introduce Vinyl Cladding and Light Weight Metal roof tiles. In 2004, Young & Bracey registered the trading name Contemporary Exteriors; a name that better reflected the direction and nature of our core business, External Façade Renovation. In 2007 we relinquished the name Young & Bracey in recognition of Mr Young’s retirement and officially changed the business name to Your Home Group Pty Ltd. We currently maintain a regional presence in Western Sydney, Newcastle, Central Coast and the South Coast of NSW. We offer a diverse range services throughout of all of NSW although, not all of our services are offered in every region. The majority of our core business remains within Sydney - Central Coast - Newcastle.
