Ask your plaster if he knows all aspects of the plastering trade which are fixing of plasterboard to walls and ceilings, setting and sanding of walls, ceilings, angles and square set, framing of walls and construction of suspended ceilings. Alot of plasterers only specialize in one of these.

Description of work required, ceiling height, square metres of the construction area, extras required example: square set ( no cornice) set openings ( features)  and the geographical location of the job. When the job is required to be started.

1. Sheet the walls in plasterboard youself, make sure to counter sink all screws all nails. Keep all sheets as tight as possible.  2. Clear the area that work needs to be done in. A clean work area makes the job flow quicker and saves you money. 3. Have all your electrical work and plumbing complete.
