  Steve & Daniel did some renovation work on our home, consisting primarily of replacing the structural support of our balcony, as well as some new facias. Their work was outstanding quality and they are a really nice couple of guys. Very happy to recommend them.

  Steve from CW Design & Build have now done a couple of jobs for us one of which was to build a small sustainable studio and I couldn't be happier with the results. Steve worked with us (without plans) to build a studio space with a green roof that we love. He and Cate were very proactive in coming up ideas that we incorporated into the final building. Steve and Cate were a pleasure to work with Good humored, Open, honest, with good communication at all times. The work came in within the estimates and Steve always turned up at the agreed times. I would happily recommend CW Design & Build for any building works and would not hesitate to give them any future business I may have.

  Steve is highly recommended. Whether is was framing a new wall, trimming the old board for the plasterer, providing sensible advice about the project or installing new door furniture and skirting boards Steve never failed to make my home reno easier and quicker. Prompt, reliable and trustworthy, Steve is easy to talk to and bounce ideas around with. He knows not only what to do, but how to do it quickly and effectively. The only downside is that I finally ran out of jobs for Steve to do. If only he'd take up painting as well!
