Yes, we are fully insured, that is also a requirement of holding our 'electrical contractor's licence'.  Yes, we fully guarantee our work. We plan to be in business for the long term. If the unexpected happens, we will fix it, with a smile, it's that simple!

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Always fascinated with power and what it could do, starting as a school kid playing with old batteries etc.  Started work experience, than paid weekend work with a contractor, who quickly produced apprenticeship papers for me to sign!! Never looked back - still thoroughly enjoy my work!

Many, many stories. However, what always amazes me is the warmth of people who have a particular challenge in life, yet still soldier on. They just love to be treated well and show great appreciation when you offer them genuine care. Love the great hospitality when you work late to fix urgent faults

Producing quality work that gets noticed, providing a great service that everyone loves, and meeting new customers / or meeting established customers again. It's great to help people out with good solutions to their electrical needs, and also to help out when they have an electrical breakdown.

When customers experience more serious and frustrating power faults, they often ask: 'will we need to rewire the house, or the circuit?'. Answer: 'No - probably not. Typically faults can be found and repaired, however this does take experience, efficiency and attention to detail.'

1. Single or multi-level home, 2. Double brick home with metal roof or tiles, or framed home?, 3. Do you have dual RCD's in the meter box already? 4. Standard flat ceilings or raked ceilings? 5. Do you have the light fittings / fans / etc already, or do we quote to supply? 6. Approx age of home?

1. Really plan out properly what electrical items that you need, and where. Draw a sketch of the room if required.  2. If you need LED lights call us first - we may save you money on fittings! 3. Plan renovations properly - seed advice if required regarding sequence of trades. Call us for advice.

Efficiency! If you have the correct tools and equipment, together with the required stock on hand, plus 20 years of experience, plus a motivated team with a great work ethic - jobs will get completed efficiently! No wasted time = more work completed in the day = cost savings to the customer.

We can quote a lot of work 'over the phone', and are also happy to provide a free site inspection and quote. Depending on the job - we can either quote items on a 'cost per item' pricing structure, or on a 'time and material' arrangement.

We are involved in a lot of LED lighting upgrades, switchboard upgrades, and general service work. Nothing is too big or small, if fact we complete a lot of jobs that other contractors have termed 'impossible'. If you have an electrical requirement - chances are we can sort it out for you!
