Touch Wood Developments and Constructions is a family owned business.  Having completed numerous builds and renovations and were frustrated at the relaxed service offered by both contractors and suppliers.  We knew we could do better.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Everything required for the building is flat packed and delivered all at once.  Most materials that are flat packed are cut to size meaning less less wastage and to clean up off site.

There is a set price for each floor plan, discounts apply for multiple builds at the same site.  Or jobs can be quoted as per the clients individual scope or works.

Remote builds are our specialty as well as building in Far North Queensland are out specialty we offer cost effective, energy efficient, cyclone and bush fire rated dwellings.
