  Living on a sloping block it was hard to find a builder keen to take on works. That's until we met Peter from Toto Properties. Since our first meeting discussing possible renovations Peter displayed a wealth of knowledge and experience. He filled us with confidence and he was excited to take on our project. Peter and his team figured out a extension to incorporate stairs in our small cottage in the Dandenongs to add new bedrooms, bathrooms and increase the living area of our existing home for our growing family. Peter and his workers have a passion for their work and would always keep us informed, answer our numerous questions and even spare a moment to entertain our young kids. Thanks Peter and Toto Properties, it was a pleasure and we love our newly renovated home.

  We could not be more pleased with Toto Properties. They undertook a complete renovation our property built in 1965, which included new internal stairs, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry and a whole new basement.   Having not gone through a renovation/extension before, Peter from Toto Properties was very helpful with the full process: working through our requirements, design, council approval, build. Peter proved to be very trustworthy, which was great given our recent experience with a 'builder' who tried to scam us, before we got in touch with Toto Properties. We are very happy with our extension, and Toto delivered to the agreed cost of the project. Thanks again.
