THIRD SPACE HEALTH is a unique Strength and Rehabilitation studio. We are a one stop studio that provides a great range of services including small group and personal training, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, pain management, remedial and sports massage and nutrition services. Our trainers, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation specialists are all degree qualified ensuring that you obtain the best and safest training possible. We like to think our community uses our studio as their personal getaway, your space where you can come and achieve your goals, get away from your commitments and have fun while doing it! OUR ON-SITE CLINIC with Physiotherapists and Rehabilitation specialists use a movement-based approach to free you from pain, rehabilitate injuries and maximize your performance. We look at you from the ground up, as a dynamic individual. We combine manual therapy and movement drills to treat the dysfunctional patterns that are the cause of your pain.
