How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I've always been interested in health and fitness which escalated when I was diagnosed with an auto immune disease. I have also always loved working out and feeling fit so the combination makes total sense. My intersection of passion is between health/fitness and nurturing.

Where are you located? I work out of a gym space in Yarraville, Victoria. For a small number of clients I work remotely if it works for both of us. How much do you charge? Again this depends on the training program you select but can range from $65 per week to $240 per week.

I have two ways of engaging with clients. Firstly and most effectively I tailor programs to suit the client's goals - these come in 3, 6 or 12 month programs. Secondly I can work with clients one on one or in small groups for an hourly rate.

Holistic Health is a great passion because there is often an overlap from one body system to the next. To only work on cardio fitness and not consider digestive health, sleep or stress is a limited proposition. I look at the whole person, rather than the parts thereof.
