  We hired them to draw up some plans for a proposed renovation. We were very specific about what we wanted and we were aware that we needed an engineer involved as well. He quoted a price through to get the job, and then when he came out literally doubled the price, although we agreed as it was still reasonable. He then suggested that he could use an engineer that he apparently works with and shares office space with so we agreed. Following from that was an absolute nightmare of following up and following up for our plans. When we finally got the plans they were completely inappropriate and not what we asked for at all. He then repeatedly avoided all our calls and made numerous promises via SMS and email that he would talk to the engineer etc and try to fix the issue. We then got more inappropriate plans after which he disappeared off the face of the earth. He changed his email address and refused to answer calls or messages. I then had to hire another engineer who basically said "No problem" and gave us some engineering plans that were exactly what we needed without any fuss. I then tried again to contact him to have him amend the architectural drawings but he again refused to respond to any calls or messages. He basically just couldn't be bothered with the hassle of giving us what we had specified we needed in the first place and expected us to accept plans that would have left us with a hideous design with unsightly compromises. Avoid this guy at all costs.

  dealt with many draftsman's, though none could compare to the hard workmanship that Adams architectural's provided. They came at me with a offer for full architectural/engineering drawings with approval, I could not refuse. me and my wife received approval for our 60m2 extension within weeks. will use them again !
