  Luke and Lisa from Saxony Building custom built our first new house. From the start of us giving Luke some sketches of our dream home to the final handover we have had first class support and assistance. All the costs were shared with us upfront and in detail. There were no hidden costs. Luke even went to the extent of sharing with us extras that we might look at when the build is finished so that we could make sure we had the appropriate finances. Some of these extras included stormwater, rainwater tank, shed, pergola, paving around the house, furnishing in the house, landscaping, boundary fencing. This was an important thing to do because all those extra costs soon added up and we hadn’t thought about them. We are now living happy in our house. Thank you, Luke and Lisa, for a job well done.
