Yes Santo Correnti Homes are fully insured& each home has BSA & Public Liability Insurance with a 6 year & 3 month structural guarantee.  All new homes also have a 6 month maintenance period.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Santo Correnti started in 1976 when he decided to build his first home.  The journey has continued onward & upward from there with many homes to his credit from variying sizes & prices.

They are all special.  Every client is an individual & individual service is provided to them at any time they require it.  Seeing the joy on a first time home owners face as you hand them the keys is truly amazing.

We get great satisfaction of seeing the delight of a new home owner see their property take shape from the initial stages of cutting their block to laying the last roll of turf.  Knowing that we have helped create a dream come true.

Customers should feel very comfortable with any builder they engage to build their home & be able to ask any question no matter how silly it might sound.    It is one of the most expensive items you will buy in a lifetime & it is important that this relationship is the right one from the beginning.

We have an open book policy at Santo Correnti Homes and no question is too small or too hard.  Our staff are trained to answers questions on the spot but if there is a rare occasion when they can't an answer will be to you within 24hours.

Santo Correnti oversees all jobs personally & can be seen at numerous times physically working on them himself.  We are a small family operated business who specialise in personalised service.

Santo Correnti Homes is very flexible in their approach to building any new home.  They are not classed as a "Cookie Cutter Builder" & each home is built individually as per the plan tailored to your individual design requirements.

Budget is always the deciding factor.  This determines the size of the home that can be built & ascertaining all the various types of plans that will fit within that budget.  Also as much detail you can provide with regard to your block of land like size, dimensions, contour survey or disclosure plan & if it is restricted by covenants.

All new homes are by way of HIA Peace of Mind Fixed Price Contracts.  Payments to Santo Correnti Homes are billed in 6 stages being deposit, base, frame, enclosed, fixing & practical completion draws.

Residential construction including lowset, highset, split level and duplex homes.  Full turn-key are offered and can be tailored to suit individual needs or budgets.

Santo has been building since 1976 and his sub-contractors are all qualified - BSA licensed, blue cards & insured.  Office staff are multi-skilled with the sales staff at initial contact not just selling but knowing all aspects of building including colour selections & electrical plan layouts.
