Some of the ways that we add value to our projects is by; *Coordinating design drawings and ensuring compliance with site-specific conditions of consent, * Maintaining open communication with second tier suppliers ensuring the application of any surface finishes (such as Render or Paint) are inspected during construction & warranted for the duration of the Defects Liability Period. * Proposing alternative products of equal or better value, * Reviewing construction details to eliminate design flaws and improve waterproofing. * Prioritising the approval and execution of critical path activities such as public domain works and all necessary authority connections (i.e. Power, Gas, Water, and NBN). We maintain a culture that treats clients and contractors as if they are our family. Our strong focus on sub-contractor collaboration (using local businesses with which we have established strong relationships) ensures safety standards are maintained, efficient use of resources and that good relationships are maintained on site, all resulting in meeting our clients cost, time and quality requirements.
