I am 100% insured for public liability so rest assured you are fully covered using me as your licensed plumber. I also provide compliance certificates for any gas job and any job over the value of $750 as it is the requirement of the Victorian Building Authority.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I originally worked for Reece behind the sales desk and learnt that I would like to go and do an apprenticeship. I have not looked back as there is such a variety in the work I do and everyday is different.

I contact Nick one afternoon and he was able to come around to inspect the job immediately. I was impressed by his professionalism and 'not a problem' attitude. Nick provided a very reasonable quote (compared to 3 others) in a timely manner and was able to commence job in my required timeframe. Nick started and completed the job in the time initially quoted. I did have a hot water system issue in the middle of the job (late Friday night), however Nick raised the risk upfront (when finishing that day) and was available to help via phone to resolve. Overall, i was very happy with Nick's service and the quality of the job. I would definitely recommend NK Plumbing and will be using Nick again for future jobs.

I like potential customers to read my reviews and see for themselves that I pride my self on my outstanding reputation. I am also fully licensed and insured and am happy to provide any certification they require.

I provide a one on one service that means when you call you get me, and not a sub-contractor that doesn't have the business and customer service at the top of his priority list.

* Dont be shy to ask questioions etc. * Have all of your fixtures ready eg: shower mixers etc so there is no running around on the day which could cost you time and money. * Be sure we have covered everything that is stated on the quote

I usually charge on an hourly rate if that is how the client prefers, I also quote on bigger jobs and itemise exactly what  the client will get so as there are no grey areas and everyone is happy.

Gas fitting is my specialty as there is nothing better than making a customer happy with a brand new gas heater or hot water unit installation.
