We need to understand the size and age of your house and how long you lived there for. Most houses fall into the "fairly" good condition, however there are worse and even much cleaner houses. We need to see where your house is in order to fit the correct number of hours necessary for the job.

If you believe that you can do part of the work yourself to cut the cost, we can discuss it when inspecting your house and discount thus the final price. We then just check what you cleaned and if it is done to our standards, here comes your savings.

We want to agree on a fair price, so that you are happy for what you paid for and we are paid for the work done. We might not be the cheapest but we are reliable and get the job done to your satisfaction. Cheap rates are appealing but not fun when you end up paying twice for the job.

We can give you a quote over the phone but we prefer to meet you in person, inspect what needs to be cleaned and discuss all details with you. We can charge you by hour but we prefer to agree on a price and take the risk of unexpected overtime on us. We make sure you are happy with our service.
