  My wife and I were planning a large renovation and were looking for a builder that was good at what the did and someone we could trust. A friend recommended that we speak to Tim from Modern Living Construction after glowing reviews and from the get go he was fantastic. Not only was he a great guy, he was amazing to work with throughout the whole project. His team showed up day in and day out at 6:30am on the dot and worked tirelessly throughout the whole project (5 months). The job was on schedule, on budget and we were beyond happy with the results. I have recommended MLC to countless people since and everyone has had nothing but great experiences and amazing outcomes. Couldn't recommend MLC high enough.
