  JOB WAS NOT COMPLETED I understand that being patient is a requirement during tax season, but what I don't appreciate is being given a date that the return is said to be completed multiple times, and still not receiving the return. It's been longer than a month for quite a simple return, and I really don't appreciate the lack of communication over the course of the month. I shouldn't have to reach out for communication and I definitely should be able to trust that when an accountant gives a date of return, it should be followed. Extremely disappointed.

  Thanks for your review. Considering you left without paying a cent and gave us a deadline of today for your return in the peak of tax season I find this rather distasteful. Patience is required during peak tax season. Many other clients don’t have issues. Hope you find happiness elsewhere.
