  The design suggested was very good and unique. but the work carried out was not great, took a long time to complete, different contractors were hired for carrying out the work, who were not in sync with each other. I still have a shower that is leaking, since it was completed.

  Hi Julie, Thank you for your feedback. We're really sorry to hear that your shower is leaking however were unsure why you haven't contacted us to let us know as your bathroom was completed a year and a half ago and you have not advised us of this as it wasn't leaking at the time of completion.. would you like someone to come out and have a look? If so, please contact me directly to organise this. We also apologise that different trades were hired to carry the works out, however this is required - as a Plumber can't complete the works of an Electrician etc. Please let us know if there is anything we can assist with.

  Elly is such an amazing Project manager and we couldn't recommend her highly enough. We don't regret paying a little extra to have her organise and communicate with all the trades required for our project. It took a lot of time and stress off our backs. Elly is always ready to answer any questions and concerns. Will definitely be in contact again when we renovate other parts of our home.

  This experience was far better than I expected for any renovation. We renovated two bathrooms. Elly project managed, designed and ensured the smooth completion and transition of the experienced trade teams. We were fully informed of what was happening every step of the way. We now have two beautiful bathrooms. Special mention to Ali the master of tyling his attention to detail and precision was a work of art. Would definitely recommend and use Meraki design and construction again.
