MCPHERSON BUILDING SERVICES On 7th April 1992 Royzin Pty Ltd trading as McPhersons Building Services began construction work on buildings in the Wagga Wagga area. Anthony (Tony) McPherson was the manager. During this time McPhersons Building Services was busy with residential additions and renovations. We were skilled and fortunate enough to be able to capitalise on our steady success and word-of-mouth referrals to grow progressively and employ 5 staff who were comprised of carpenters, an apprentice and office staff. With more staff, a new building franchise, increased customer interest and best business practice McPherson Building Services were able to enter the new homes market. Expertise, professional approach and reliability soon gained McPherson Building Services an enviable reputation and the business was soon accepting projects from the competitive commercial sector. Throughout the last 20 years we have prided ourselves in always having the correct certification and licencing and gained NSW Government WH&S and Certification in ISO 9001; 2008 Quality Management. EXPERIENCE: From the start McPherson Building Services have approached each job with equal skill and expertise ranging from small renovations and upgrades, to additions, new homes and commercial projects. Some of these are: • An extensive range and variety of new homes • Individualised renovations and additions to existing homes • Heritage Works in Leeton for UGL Services to a value in excess of $300K • Specific Construction Works in Deniliquin for UGL Services to a value in excess of $450K • Building project – Tuckerbox Motel Gundagai - $1m. • Unit Development in Wagga Wagga for the Department of Housing NSW to a value in excess of $1.9m. • Currently DTZ nominated contractor for Asbestos Removal – Australia Post MISSION STATEMENT: ‘To provide the best possible product service and result for satisfied customers, with the use of Energy Efficient Construction and Quality Management McPherson Building Services is dedicated to the preservation of the environment in sustainable and energy efficient ways.
