type of tiles to be laid ( material , size and if tile is round edge or rectified.  if it is a renovation or new build  if all materials are supplied or if we need to organise materials , eg ( adhesives , cement , bricks, sand etc)

preparation , eg strip out of areas to be tiled  having materials ready onsite  acid cleaning , main slab where it has been used for a period of 2 months or more.
