One story that comes to mind is when a lady wanted a deck and alfresco area built before Christmas. Problem was it was 1week till Christmas.  She tried numerous other builders who basically laughed at her and said no chance!  I got the call and even though I was quite busy myself, I realised how much it meant to her and I made it happen. The joy that brought her knowing that her family from interstate could enjoy the area was so rewarding!

I am extremely reliable, always punctual, hard working and easy to deal with. As I have a young family myself, I understand that some people are under time restraints and budgets and will always work around the clients needs and fit into their availability.

Only the highest quality materials are used and will always conform to engineers standards.  Punctuality is a given. The most important thing to know is what the clients expects at the end of the job. Sometimes certain materials might be desired and that is important to know also. Sometimes a brief personal meeting with client will be needed so as to gage a better understanding of the task at hand.

1: make sure when the time comes to start the job that there is sufficient room to work in. 2: site access should be clear. 3: all relevant information that the client wants regarding the job should be discussed prior to commencement of the job.

Usually I will provide a written quote for the entire job with materials included. There might be some circumstances where and hourly rate would be more appropriate.
