  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The completed work Luke undertook was of high quaility. I cant fault it. some of the work he ‘completed’ was all the internal framing for two bedrooms, laundry and bathroom and framed out windows. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Luke built framing for internal stair case (with i hired him to do) and told me to hire scaf to so he could instal roof it and enclose it. ⭐️ I hired the scaf late Feb and havent seen him since. while I understand your dad wasnt well at the time (march), there has been zero contact since. ⭐️ total Loss of about 4k on my side. (scaf hire, wages and material).
