Life On The Run is a group personal training business that runs structured and functional outdoor fitness training sessions for people of all ages and fitness levels. Our number one goal is to motivate and encourage you to better prioritise your health by enjoying the benefits of regular exercise. We believe that outdoor group training increases your vitality and energy while also building healthy social networks that challenge you to keep fit in a relaxed, fun environment.
