  I would highly recommend Kostadinoski Building Group. Zorans dedication and work ethic were second to none. I have done work for zoran over the past five years as a thermal assessor, and when it came time to build my own home he was the only one I would trust. I have ongoing dealings with builders in my day to day practice but Zoran has always been that little bit more efficient, and meticulous over the other builders (which at times can be frustrating for me providing my service to him). But when time came to build my home that's exactly what I expected and wanted from my builder, and it re assured me that building with Zoran was going to be the right decision.   In 2009 Michelle and I decided it was time get the ball rolling and finally build our dream home. After years of hearing nightmare stories about builders, i was speaking to a work colleague and he described his experience building with KBG. We were assured that Zoran was a very honest and a trust worthy person. We met with him, went through the plans and made a few changes, which he was very accommodating on, agreed on a price and was given a completion time of 3-4 months. So based on the competitive price we were given and the recommendation provided we decided to move forward and finally get our home built. At every stage during construction Michelle and I were kept well informed and up to date. I was impressed with his professionalism. Exactly 14 weeks later our new home was complete and ready to move in.Thank You KBG for the experience.
