  I hired Joe's services to install an electrical system into my bus to motorhome conversion. He claimed he was also licensed to do gas plumbing. So he came around with his apprentice and installed 90% of the electrical system, and he finished and tested the gas plumbing. He then sent me an invoice for the partial job, which I reluctantly paid after he ensured me he would be back to finish the job and give me a compliance certificate for both. That was in June 2021. He has never come back despite many promises. He always came up with an excuse. His neighbour's block was on fire. He got into a major accident with his van. He needed eye surgery. He wife had an adverse reaction to a covid vaccination. His wife was diagnosed with cancer. And finally his apprentice fell off a ladder. He never showed. I found out he does not have a ticket for gas plumbing. Now I am left with an unfinished job for which I have to hire people to redo the job completely. Joe does not have a moral compass. I cannot emphasize enough to not use his services because there is a big chance he will leave you high and dry.
