Hi there, my names Jody. I have over 26 years experience in the legal, accounts, admin and management fields predominately in the fire protection industry or working with trades. I have great communication so that there are minimal hiccups. I've worked with Xero for the past 8 years and I'm also Xero certified. If you are looking for not just a bookkeeper but someone who can manage all of your boring office tasks with detail, expertise, communication and flare, look no further! • Manage all accounts payable and receivable using XERO. • Produce regular accounting reports. • Produce invoices or quotes. • Set up BAS so you can submit to the ATO or have your accountant do so. • Complete staff pay runs weekly from start to finish. • Complete EOFY reports and submit STP finalisations (also referred to as payment summaries) • Set up batch payments. • Data input into Projects. • Send out monthly statements. • Set up purchase orders. • Set up and make customer credit card payments, • Set up quarterly superannuation. • Set up new employees. • Set up Hubdoc for you to capture all of your receipts so they can be processed. • ALL debt recovery functions (I can also apply and attend court if required) • Manage staff including; advertising, new staff set up, inductions, running various background checks and staff monitoring, training, appraisals, staff issues, delegate various work to staff members. • Management of insurance, including claims. • Manage all fleet maintenance, fuel cards and repairs. • Management of all apprenticeships. • Management of all uniforms. • Liaise with customers and suppliers on a regular basis. • Approve all petty cash claims. • Write procedures and / or produce templates. • Meet with the company accountant, if required. • Liaise with lawyers and brokers. • Marketing management. • Assist the Director as necessary.
