Yes we are, we've obtained Home Warranty Insurance, Public Liability, Workers Compensation. In addition we always make sure that our staff and subcontractors are aware of of SWMS and safety policies.

Construction has always been our passion, knowing that construction of all types is currently booming in NSW especially in the Eastern Suburbs, we decided to practice what we’re passionate about and build our company at the same time.

We like and we are passionate about construction, our actual reward is when we construct an efficient high quality building of any type starting from just a piece of land and when our client is happy with our performance.

We need to learn anything related to the client's side including: scope of works, plans (if available), existing services (e.g. electrical sub-station), site conditions (type of surface).  As the more information we gather about the site and scope, the more accurate our quote will be.

1. Customers must always study and be aware of their options before they rush into choosing any product or service.  2. Customers MUST always check on their builders or tradies before hiring any, to make sure that they're fully licensed, and to check their history & reviews.    3. Customers should always have a plan or an idea of what they want to achieve, that helps the builder / subcontractor better understand what they need to do, and also to avoid any variations.
