Although his work was adequate, and his price was very competitive, Shaun operated in a very unprofessional manner. He repeatedly called out of hours, insisted on me paying impromptu installments. When he'd made a mistake and it needed to be rectified, he pushed hard, for me to accept it. He left the property unlocked, despite clear instructions on how to lock up. Then, at completion, he asked for more money. Ultimately, he was significantly cheaper than all other quotes and the work was fine. So if you're after saving money, he could still be the right fit for you.Kalani
