How did you decide to get into your line of work?

My Father was a builder, he taught me many life long skills over various trade disciplines , from which I made the natural progression to become a builder also . I have always had an active interest in creating something from transforming different ideas into a building landscape .

The best thing about the my job is seeing the clients appreciation at the end of the job, when they are happy with the finished result , and there expectations have been fulfilled .Most importantly , that they would recomened my services to others .

When can you start. ? We need to finalise any design /documents , and formalise any agreements , we endeavour to commnce within a short perod of time of this , but may depened on any council permits required. How long will it take ? We give an imformed time frame of the process.

Provide all the specifics to the service they require . ie. colours , sizes , brands , ect. Provide accessability to the works to be performed . ( remove any unnecessary obstacles . vehicles , furniture in rooms )  Be certain about the service you have requested . Avoid changes to an y works during the construction.

All seniors are provided with a discount to quoted works . This will vary depending on the scope of the service to be provided , but would entail a 5 % to 10 % discount to labour costs involved . We aim to assist in any way possible.

An agreement between our client generally a 7 day payment term on completion/satisfaction of service provided. Internet Banking Transfer or direct deposit.

Before commencing GMG Constructions which was established in 2001, I had gained a Certificate in Carpentry which was completed in 1995. I went on to further study to obtain a Builders Licence in both Residential and Commercial Construction. I have over 25 yrs experience in the building industry.
