GMJ Compact Solutions commenced as a virtual or onsite service as there appeared to be a need for individuals and small businesses to pay only for what they needed done - no matter how small or complex the project.  We work around the clock to meet customers need for projects to be turned around.  A natural gatherer of information, we pride ourselves on good record keeping and resourcefulness.

A customer should enquire if the project or task they wish to pay your service to do has been done before, or is within their scope of services provided.  They could also ask for referees and also if the provider is formally qualified in a specific area to competently complete the job.

The most commonly asked question is 'how much will it cost' or 'how much is your hourly rate'.  In reply, I ask to see what they have prepared, what they had in mind to pay, how soon do they need it, do they have a budget, is it easier to work on the project virtually, or at their place of business.

Our pricing is competitive as we only charge for work we do.  We don't charge to take the time to listen to our customers and discuss their project.  We don't charge to travel.  We are a valuable administrative cost to their business because they are only paying for the work - not to take breaks, pay for leave or superannuation.  We provide a value for money service.

Our services are charged by the hour.  We exchange our time so you can drive more revenue for your business, or free up hours so you can do the things you want to do.
