Construction and principally carpentry was a passion I had from very young, I worked on constriction sites while still attending primary school and had decided to make it a career then.

The best tips for a customer to save money is 1. Have as much information and certainty available at time of tender. 2. Try and have finance arranged in principle, we realize the quote is required to finalise but most contractors are sceptical if there is no certainty of finance. 3. Not always possible but try to plan in the off season such as rain time and be ready for commencement during the ideal time of the year.

As previously mention we own the majority of equipment required and try and employ tradesmen directly, this allows us to minimise cost as there is a smaller margin allowed for.

We have a varying range of tradesman fees for the different trades, this is necessary due to the market forces of employment. We are able to offer competitive rates due to doing the majority of works in-house
