  I am thankful to First Personnel for setting me off on a very well paying job. Fresh out of college I was looking for career opportunities when a friend suggested that I send my CV to First Personnel. Being a fresher I was not very optimistic about my chances but still did what he suggested. After a couple of weeks, I was called for a preliminary interview where their career consultants discussed various aspects of my career goals and the opportunities I could reasonably expect given my qualifications. My name was entered in their database and sure enough I started receiving interview calls from companies after a month and bagged a good job to start off. Great service, would strongly recommend their services to all job aspirants.

  I run a small business and most of the HR functions have been outsourced to First Personnel.They are doing a wonderful job with their main role helping the recruitment process. The basic interviews of technical staff are conducted by their consultants as I am not too qualified in the recruitment or interview process. All that I must do is a final informal discussion with the new hire, regarding pay scales and working conditions. Filling up vacancies has always been a quick and smooth affair so I would strongly recommend their services for sure!

  I had set off on my career through a job I had got after registering with First Personnel. That was around four years back. Recently, after completing certificate courses in my field to sharpen skill sets, I again approached them, seeking a job to enhance my career opportunities. And as before, they have not failed me this time too. Within a couple of months I was offered a position in a fairly large company with increased responsibilities and a very lucrative pay packet. Thanks to First Personnel - strongly recommend their services!

  When I started my small scale business, there are a lot of businesses that claimed they could help, but the one that truly made a difference was First Personnel. They helped with my initial recruitment process, employing the right key people to grow. All I needed to do was the final interview, which was great as I was so busy. I was also able to outsource my payroll and tax management to them saving me from needing to buy the computer programs or spend valuable time on it. It’s been 3 years and I still use them to take care of most of my HR functions, and I don’t think I’ll be stopping anytime soon.

  As a small business, I am never flush with funds so setting up an HR department has always been difficult for me. But with First Personnel I don’t really need a full department as they handle all my recruitment and staffing.All I need to do is inform them of the vacancies and the best available candidates are sent to me for a final interview and decision. It also makes my job easy to get the preliminary screening is done by their consultants at the agency. Since they have an existing database of potential job seekers, the hiring process is quickly completed and I can get back to work.
