  This is to date my worst experience. In good faith I engaged the work of Anthony in early February. Now in July after 6 months I have had to disengage and have my locks changed with the job incomplete. Anthony's communication was appalling, I am living overseas and entrusted Anthony to complete the work as specified and to time. The job was quite a simple one, a bathroom renovation with some small plumbing moves. The whole time I had to chase Anthony up, and he never got back to me. His phone was always switched to voice mail. I have paid a considerable sum via a deposit and now having another builder inspect the work it basically all needs to be removed and re-done. Not only have I lost 6 months worth of rental income I am now having to pay another builder to undo the work I have already paid for. I am beyond frustrated and I can not believe the unprofessional-ism demonstrated.

  We booked in a job with EcoSmart Builders late last year in 2014, which is yet to be completed. While understandable, as some of the delays and problems were due to health issues, we're disappointed that instead of contacting us, or keeping us informed of what was happening, we've had three months with no return contact and all the tools and building supplies left in our garden. I'm not sure what's happened with these guys, but we've had a terrible experience with them. They are yet to return our deposit...

  Anthony was punctual, efficient, competitively priced and cleaned up beautifully before they left. Work was done extremely well and on time with minimum of fuss. Will definitely be calling on him again for any small or big jobs we may have requiring a Builder/Carpenter and would recommend him very highly to friends/others.
