Yes we are insured and we guarantee our work. In all homes build we include a 6 1/2 year building warranty.

We believe that clients should always find out exactly whats included in their new home. Though a quote may look cheap, it's probably because no extra feature are included from your flooring to even extra powerpoints. Make sure you are comparing apples with apples

What you see is what you get with DRHomes. When you enter one of our display homes, everything you see is what is included in the standard price.  We think the standard price should include the things that finish off a home like floor coverings, window blinds and flyscreeens.

How do you normally charge for your service?

When purchasing a new home with DRHomes we take an initial deposit when a client decides to build with us. Once contracts are signed we take the remainder of the deposit. All payments from here on out are progress stage payments. You only pay an amount once each stage is complete.
