We originally had Thomas add an extra bedroom to our house, as well as update our old laundry into a new laundry/second bathroom. Thomas talked us through the entire process, and kept us well-informed along the way. He worked within our budget, and even made some recommendations of different alternatives, which we found really helpful. Thomas had some great ideas for different colour schemes for our laundry benchtop, as we had no idea where to begin. Thomas made sure we were happy with the final result before we made our final payment, and he ensured the cleanup was done to the level we would expect of a good builder. We have since engaged Thomas to add some insulation under our pergola roof (based on his recommendation to reduce the radiant heat in that area), and that has made a huge difference to the ambient temperature under our pergola roof. Overall, we have been very happy with the results Thomas has provided, and are always coming up with new ideas of jobs we would like him to do for our house in the future.
