Just recently i was called out to inspect and quote a DIY kitchen. The kitchen was second hand and not suited to the are where it was re installed. The previous tradesman had installed everything incorrectly and was un licensed and un insured and left the customer dodgy kitchen.By modifying some of the cabinets I was able to install the kitchen back to a high standard and re install the plumbing and gas fixtures (PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED BY AN UN LICENSED PERSON).

I love the physical and mental aspects. Not only do i need to be good with my hands but i need to aways be think and on my toes to provide the best service for my customer. It is what separates me from the competition.

Do you charge a call out fee and what is your hourly rate and can i get a fixed price over the phone. My answer is always that i do not have a call out fee and my rates are $95 per plus materials. It is very hard to give a fixed price over the phone as in nearly all cases there are variables which may affect the price.

My customers mean everything to me! If i can keep them happy then I will be a successful business and word of mouth with help my business grow.

I am a new business looking to expand my customer base. When a customer hires me I intent to keep that customer for life. I want that customer to refer me to their friends and family and to do so i need to offer the best service possible.

Basically to the best of the customers knowledge what needs to be done and as detailed as possible.
